Consolidated public infrastructure cadastre is intended to record all public infrastructure, even if it is privately owned. Basic data on all types of utility lines and related facilities of public infrastructure are kept on the basis of data provided by owners or public infrastructure operators.
The condition for entry in the consolidated public infrastructure cadastre is that the public infrastructure survey was previously carried out or data from existing records and cadastres of public infrastructure owners or operators are available.

- if the networks and facilities of the existing public infrastructure have not yet been recorded
