Thanks to our precise geospatial analysis, complex data relationships are translated in a meaningful and useful information for your industry.
Measurements and Calculations
Digital 2D and 3D models of the Earth’s surface or buildings and the appurtenant orthophoto mosaics enable quick and effective measuring (of distances, angles, surfaces etc.) and calculations. Through advanced calculations, it is possible to precisely determine the surfaces and volumes of areas (e.g. road width, terrain surface, volumes of dams or excavations, volumes of buildings etc.) by means of which you can safely and cost-effectively plan and manage developments in a certain area without disturbing your work processes.
Monitoring Changes
Advanced interpretation and comparative algorithms of aerial photos taken at different periods in time enable us to discover changes that have occurred in a particular area and on buildings. What is more, repeated aerial survey makes it possible to document and analyse changes through time. We can monitor geometric (changes in volumes, new buildings etc.) and radiometric (changes in vegetation etc.) differences. The information obtained in this process is useful when it comes to planning capacities, monitoring stocks of materials stored outside, and in relation to many other services that require documenting changes in a certain space.
Advanced Models and Simulations
By applying advanced algorithms, we can use digital models of an area (DTM, DEM, DBM etc.) to create top-quality models such as a model of the shaded Earth’s surface, coloured elevation layers, contour lines and inclines, or other layers that describe the Earth’s surface. All these models can be used for simulations of landslides, erosion, floods, insolation and numerous other phenomena and influences.
Thermographic Analysis
Using our infrared thermographic aerial photography we discover deficiencies and heat losses at buildings and infrastructure, functionality of solar panels, ground surface anomalies, thermodynamics of water flows, and can determine the intensity of biomaterial degradation in landfills, firefighting measures to be taken in the event of fire, etc. Aerial photographs show all the shortcomings throughout an entire building envelope: thermal bridges, irregularities in the construction and installation of construction elements and materials (e.g. deficiencies in the installation of thermal insulation), poor sealing and damage to the windows, moisture in the house and all the other features in the facility, which would otherwise be very difficult to discover. The images also serve as detectors for installations in buildings: sinks, built-in hot-water pipes, courses of floor or wall heating systems, metal grids, etc. In industry, they can be used for detecting mechanical damage due to friction and in various technological processes accompanied by cooling and heating.
Vegetation Analysis
With appropriate recording techniques and detailed interpretation, the aerial photographs are used for mapping of agrarian land and observing and analysing the crops sown. Especially in agriculture and forestry, red and infrared colour recording is an effective technique for early detection of plant diseases and identification of soil moisture. Thus obtained spectral imagery allows calculation of various spectral indices, including the most important vegetation indices, indices of soil moisture, vegetation indices of stress, mineral indices and the like. By these the state of soundness or stress of vegetation and crops, soil, changes in the areas of water, etc. are determined.
